Order Shipping and Arrival

If your order is received prior to 12 p.m. EST Monday-Friday, it will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

ORDERS SHIPPING VIA PRIORITY MAIL: Will arrive in 2-3 days excluding Sundays and holidays.

ORDERS SHIPPING VIA FIRST-CLASS MAIL: Will arrive in 5-10 days excluding Sundays and holidays.

ORDERS SHIPPING VIA GROUND:

We are located in Connecticut, therefore, orders shipping close to our location will arrive sooner.

All orders shipping via Ground will arrive according to the following map:
In estimating time, please remember that weekends and holidays are NOT delivery days. Start counting days from the day AFTER you place your order. For example, orders placed on WEDNESDAY (prior to 12 p.m.) shipping to Florida will arrive on MONDAY (time-in-transit map shows 3 business days--Thursday (1), Friday (2), Monday (3)).

Please also note the following holidays where there is NO ACTIVITY on your package.
